We were two aging seniors with a 15 yr. old granddaughter on a five day stay at the resort/casino. Complete enjoyment by all during our stay, including but not limited to, clean room and interior surroundings. Casino activities are completely separated from the hotel activities (bowling alley, Johnny Rocket's restaurant, gift shop, adventurous arcade, physical fitness room and last but not least, an oversized indoor pool and humungous hot tub. These amenities paved the way for my wife and I to leave our 15 1/2 year old at the resort while we prepared our Sedona home for an Estate Sale. Our Granddaughter enjoyed her independence at the resort, never having to set foot into the restricted Casino area aside from the evening buffet at their excellent buffet, with her Grandparents. For the $91 a night stay, in a venue close to the overpriced area surrounding Sedona, we could not have chosen a better Hotel for our needs and financial limitations. BRAVO, THANK YOU and if given the opportunity, WE WILL BE BACK!!

I'll start by saying the staff was very friendly and helpful. We like the casino hotel location and amenities. Unfortunately, we ran into problems. First, no remote for the tv. They brought us a remote but it wasn't programmed for the tv, so the power button didn’t work. Then the water barely got warm. Maintenance came and tested it, and it was 85°. They apologized and said they only had a certain amount of boilers and they had a large crowd because of a concert. Then the lady says "our hot tub works well". Then there was an alarm going off for over an hour from an emergency door being used somewhere nearby. Luckily it went off before bedtime. The bed was pretty uncomfortable with flat and hard pillows and hard mattress. Even after all this, we will probably be back because we like the location and casino.

Great rooms, very clean. Staff super friendly all around from receptionist to dinning staff. Very welcoming. Enjoyed the pool, they have long opening hours, great for kids. They have a bowling alley and casino all in one place. Have variety of food joints to choose from. Easy parking. And lounging area. Great Trip, fair prices.

It was very difficult to find your where to park?How far you had to walk To get to the concierge desk to check in at the casino it wasn't very convenient to but the part that upset me the most was when I booked my room Bixby charged me more than what they would have had I just walked in, it was 99 bucks and Expedia, doesn't care. They once charged me 15 extra dollars for a refrigerator in my room that was already in the room for free and would not reimburse me that either, however, The website said they serve breakfast a full breakfast.You built your own when I got there.They no longer do that.They need to stop advertising c*** that they don't have from their Jacuzzi's.And pools not working on down to breakfasts that are like a bowl of cereal
