For a treehouse feeling at the end of a quiet street, you’ll be able to recharge and venture to West Sedona`s beautiful trails and wonderful shops, dining, by foot.

The main house is a bi-level home. Spread between 2 levels, this makes the home a wonderful option for groups with its flexible layout to ensure everyone has the space they need to relax, recharge, and feel right at home. On the upper main floor, the main living, dining, kitchen, and 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms will be found and below, is the studio/3rd bonus sleeping area. Up top, you’ll find an enchanting hot tub, fire pit, and BBQ space that’s closed in by the red rocks.

While we welcome up to two dogs, cats are not allowed on the property due to severe medical allergies of the owner.

- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome up to 2 small furry friends for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 2 dogs, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Please note that mail delivery (including Amazon packages) is not possible at this property due to locked mailboxes. We kindly ask that you make alternative arrangements for any deliveries during your stay.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
