We really enjoyed staying at this house for our Thanksgiving break. It was really close to hiking trails and coming back to a hot tub after a day out was a nice bonus! Very homey and well appointed. Had everything we needed. The hot tub was very clean and nice even for June heat. Didn’t use the sauna but it looked gorgeous, maybe next time. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Only slightly negative is the floors are getting kind of worn and chipped, might be time to replace. I would definitely come back though! Perfect location for all the wonderful things Sedona has to offer!!

Cleanest vacation property ever rented! Everything was in working order. We used the outdoor grill, oven, microwave and spent time in the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and the added little touches like black wash cloths and cotton rounds for makeup removal made it feel like a fancy spa. Plenty of cookware. Just lovely!
