The property was clean and the community was quiet and had a beautiful view. The kitchen had everything we needed to make a meal. We had challenges getting the TV to work, it appears the remote needed new batteries. My biggest complaint is the requirements for guests to strip beds, load and run the dishwasher and take the garbage to the dumpster before checking out at the ridiculously early time of 10am. These were not made aware to us until after we had booked our non-refundable stay. Had we known these were required, we wouldn't have booked as we went to Sedona to get away from chores for the weekend. Check-out at 10am also meant we couldn't hike the day we left as we wouldn't have had time to get back, get ready and clean as requested before 10am. I would only reserve again if check in was earlier than 4pm, check-out was later than 10am and they changed their cleaning requirements.
