We take an annual trip with our entire family and this house was the best house we've ever rented. Great location with stunning views. Only 6 minutes to town. Spacious layout so we all had our own space and could find areas to have some "me" time. Lot's of extras including spices, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. Loved the reverse osmosis water dispenser in the kitchen so we could fill our water bottles for our outings. Large dining room table for our family dinners and great patio space around the pool. Thank you for sharing your home with us. Would definitely stay again.

An oasis for relaxation

This property was ideal for our annual friend reunion. The views from the living room, patio, and master bedroom are incredible, and there was ample space for us to gather. We enjoyed meals indoors and out, spent evenings under starry skies around the fire pit and hot tub, etc. It was also very conveniently located to drive into Sedona for shopping and dining and to explore the amazing sights. Perfect Home Base for a Magical Sedona Getaway

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful Sedona home! It was perfect for our group of seven ladies—spacious, well-laid-out, and with absolutely stunning views. The location was ideal: close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful and private enough to truly unwind.The host was wonderful—very responsive and helpful. Great place for family gathering

We used the property for our family gathering with 3 adult children & their spouses and our 5 month old granddaughter. The property was very spacious, giving everyone room to gather together or get away to spend time alone when needed. We prepared a lot of meals and found the kitchen spacious and well stocked with cooking tools. There were also plenty of items for the baby. I would highly recommend this property.

First impressions were all wrong. The home has all the right amenities but the home is in overall poor condition and numerous things need attention. When you pull up, the stucco and paint look terrible. The front fountain doesn’t operate, and the front door is split and has tape to seal up the weather. In the back yard, all cushions, seating and dining were in very poor condition. Additionally, the hot tub was half empty on arrival and the pool hadn’t been cleaned. There were hoses left out on the patio and just generally not aligned with a luxury property experience. The owners were quick to accommodate requests but generally speaking this home does not and will not meet your expectations for a luxury stay. At a different price point, I wouldn’t be so critical. The house is generally pretty tired and worn. It has great “bones” but needs some investment, maintenance, and upkeep. If aesthetics and attention to detail is something you appreciate as part of your experience, this may not be the property for you.

Nice property close to trails & shopping

We are a group of friends who went to college together 30 years ago and get together for a long weekend once a year. This house is in a quiet neighborhood perfect for relaxing outdoors. The hot tub is a highlight, especially when it’s too cold for the pool. All of the bedrooms were comfortable, and there is plenty of room to gather (we were a party of 8). There are a Whole Foods and Safeway a short drive north into town as well as lots of restaurant options. The hosts were very responsive and lovely to deal with. Highly recommend!

Amazing Visit to Sedona

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood, convenient to everything but removed from the crowds. Pool (heated), hot tub, firepit and grill outside; spacious master, comfy beds, large kitchen. Crib, high chair and two strollers were great for our grandson. Loved the game table for nightly card games. Highly recommend! Owners were super responsive. Thanks for everything!!
