Room had a dated dingy look. On arrival had problems with door opening and no towels. phone charging jack on bedside lamp was visibably broken. the lack of general maintenance (ie. marks on the walls, chips in wall corners) gave you the impression of lack of cleaniness, even though we found the rooms to be clean. The staff was really great.

I very much appreciate the staff as it had some mishaps with Expedia, as they claimed. They accommodated us very well. The only problem was the door didn't always work with the cards and had to keep reactivating them and that the pull out sofa was broken. We didn't want to mention anything thinking that we would be blamed for it.

Pleasant stay… only problem was that the hot tub wasn’t hot… too cool to use… found out the next morning from a maintenance guy that it could have been re started by pressing the “emergency stop” and then re-starting.. but the front desk people didn’t seem to know that. Minor inconvenience.

When I looked at the pictures of the facility I thought it was in the country or the edge of town. It’s right in town. Late at night there were bangs outside, but I didn’t get up to see if was hotel doors, car doors, or gunshots. After that it was quiet the rest of the night.
