Clean and comfy. I wasnt aware there were fees to park until after my card was charged. They mentioned a deposit hold at chdck in but conveniently left out the parking. I also later seen it mentioned on a paer i was given after checking in. I just think its a little silly to pay for parking at a hotel chain that ive never seen have paid parking nor was there a lack of parking. Its inconvenient for those traveling for business and trying to maintain a budget to have expenses added on after planning for the trip.

Honestly its our 11th anniversary and we had a bad experience last stay before this. The outer doors to come in building still not working. Our room door 230 was hard to get open at times. Tv remotes didnt work. We were promised this next stay was going to be different experience but ended up with the same outcome!!!! May or may not stay again!!!

Family get away

Our stay was wonderful and the breakfast food was delicious and the breakfast attendant did a fantastic job even though she was very busy didn’t have to wait for food ( great job ) Front desk was very helpful and courteous.the only thing was our coffee in the room wasn’t replace with new , also the shower in the bathroom leaked water under the glass door the weather strip is backwards . Overall it was a great stay for myself and my family we look forward in returning soon .

Very nice

My hotel stay was great. Upon check-in the gentleman (I’m sorry I didn’t get his name) was friendly and helped signed me up for their rewards program. The room was clean and comfortable. The only small request I would make is when cleaning daily, please remove the trash. On Wednesday, I bagged up my trash in hopes that it would be removed but it wasn’t. Nothing was done outside of making up the bed. No bag for ice bucket. Again, small issue but still wanted to address. I would like to give a special shout out to Shelly, the front desk agent. She was phenomenal and represented the company exceptionally with her professionalism and customer service skills. On each of our encounters she was always smiling, her salutation was warm and caring. Her personality was spot on and energy was welcoming and inviting. The breakfast was good and cooked to perfection. They had a variety of items such as turkey sausage patties and sausage links. Cheese Egg omelette, scrambled eggs as well as cereals, cinnamon rolls, bagels, juices and fresh fruit. Oh and pancakes! lol. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.
