Pool/spa was closed for maintenance during our two days stay. The room smelled old and musky. Ac was not great and was very humid. The bathroom didn’t have exhaust fan. I could smell smoke from cigarettes coming from outside while the window was closed. Staff was great and friendly. If I had knew the pool/spa was closed I would have made a reservation at a different hotel.

If you have issues with mold, don't stay here. Room was humid (not sure how in AZ). Mold on ceiling in bathroom and under sink edge. Paint bubbling above window. Mold also appears to be on ceiling above vent near elevator. The wallpaper appears moist and is pulling off. Room not really clean. Dust on desk top. Hand print smudges in various places. It felt dirty.

Nice clean hotel. Good location. Only disappointment was our room had a nice balcony facing the beautiful mountain landscape but the hotel would not provide us chairs. only way to enjoy the balcony was to stand.
