We stayed at this hotel in Sedona during Thanksgiving week, and unfortunately the experience was far below expectations. When we checked into our first room, we found hair all over the bathtub — clearly not cleaned at all. When we showed this to the staff, there was no apology, just a flat “we can change the room,” which felt dismissive given the situation. The second room wasn’t much better. The fireplace worked intermittently, which was frustrating since we specifically looked forward to using it during our holiday stay. Breakfast was also underwhelming and didn’t match the quality you’d expect for the price. Overall, aside from the convenient location, there was nothing special about this hotel. For the cost and the reputation of Sedona, we expected much better cleanliness, service, and amenities. Would not choose to stay here again.

The views were amazing from any point in the hotel. You cannot beat the location, near everything and in a safe part of town. Good breakfast and comfortable beds. Only real negative was the AC and coffee maker didn’t work so well.

This hotel is in a great location. Can walk to many shops and restaurants. We were in the area for hiking and start early and were very disappointed that breakfast was not open until 7am. That's our only complaint! Overall a great place to stay.

The lady at the front seat was amazing. But the room wasn’t cleaned all the way. It still had stuff in the fridge, and the cabinet. The safe was locked and unusable.

This place offers a great view of the Red Rocks in Sedona. Beside that , it is nothing special. We stayed there 20 years ago and nothing has changed except the price and the customer service has gone down. The rooms are very dated. They also try to hustle you in paying more for checking in an hour early!

Perfect location for all the shopping

Parking is limited, not enough spots for the amount of rooms. Best free breakfast I've ever had with many options. Views towards the rocks are amazing. Rooms were clean and bedding was very comfortable. Directly in the shopping district.

This hotel has a great view of the Mount in Sedona. Otherwise it’s an old hotel that needs updating. I would not recommend it from the amount of money that you have to spend to stay there.
