Our room had a nice view of the red rocks. Though there were 2 queen size beds, the room was small for 4 with one sink outside the room with the toilet, one small trash can, a small desk with a chair. Breakfast was adequate. The location near town was excellent. The 2 pools were very nice. It seemed family friendly.
