The room was clean and perfectly updated- no frills, but tastefully contemporary. It was a perfect stay for our trip! We also loved the heated pool. The staff was really nice.

Yes the room was clean and the staff was great. But your site was not up to date with the current status of the rooms or the accomodations since the room I reserved was not available anymore. Will go back to booking at the hotel and not through you anymore.

Worst place we ever stayed. We checked out a day early. Construction on over half the hotel and nothing said prior to booking. I called ahead to confirm the room to be on the ground floor and with a patio. When we arrived we were told no ground floor rooms were available. Our room was at the very end of the hotel and up two flights of stairs. My 74 year old husband struggled with luggage. No help and no elevator. The bed was so extremely uncomfortable we just couldn’t take it anymore and it was their so called new bed. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Waste of money. Makes us question reserving rooms with Expedia in the future. We have traveled to Europe and many other hotels in the United States and never had an issue until this booking.

The Arroyo Pinyon Hotel met all our expectations. It's a lovely property with a friendly staff. The heated pool and outdoor fireplace were cozy during our wintry stay. The room seemed brand new with beautiful floors and decor. I appreciated the Starbucks Verona coffee for the coffee maker. The breakfast was really nice (omelets and a meat) plus lots of other choices. The location was great - out of the busiest part of Sedona, but convenient to restaurants and shopping. We really enjoyed our stay.

We arrived on Christmas evening after a long day of travel, and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! The included breakfast had such a variety to pick from and was very well maintained. The view from our window was amazing and The outdoor areas were so cozy (but it was a bit chilly for us to enjoy them while we were there!) the location in West Sedona kept you close to everything without always needing to battle the traffic. We highly recommend and will definitely consider staying here again if we return to Sedona!

The night clerk, Jonas, was our high light. We arrived late. He got us milk for our cereal. Was friendly and helpful. The room was satisfactory. The carpet appeared to have some debris. The house keepers did a good job.

This is a great place to stay with out breaking the bank. Nice grounds, plenty of outdoor spaces with a heated pool even in winter. Loved our back patio and fireplace. Dog friendly. Only negative was food was left in our fridge and when I turned on the water for the bathtub the sprayer was on so water on floor. I would recommend this hotel in a heartbeat

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent check-in experience on 11/16/25 at 4:15 pm, specifically regarding the conduct of the front desk staff. Approximately 3 weeks before my stay, I received a courteous voicemail from the manager informing me that the Suite (1 King Bed with Fireplace) I originally booked would be unavailable due to renovation. I appreciated the transparency and was told that a credit would be issued. The staff who assisted us upon arrival—an older white female, approximately in her 50s—was rude, dismissive, and visibly annoyed when I inquired about the credit that had been promised. Instead of acknowledging the situation, she stated she “did not see any information” and would “need to talk to the manager,” delivering this in a harsh tone and with an expression that made us feel as though our question was an inconvenience. It was also evident that there had been no communication between the manager and the rest of the staff. For us, this was a simple, transactional matter. We understand that renovations happen. However, she responded with a nasty attitude, became silent, and remained disengaged for the remainder of the interaction. We simply completed the check-in and left quietly feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable. Both my partner and I are providers in the medical field in NYC. We treat people with respect, compassion, and professionalism. Just as we were your customers, you could one day be our patient. This was a sad experience.
