On the upside, It was a good location and the area felt safe. Also, the night manager on the final evening of our stay was great, very responsive to issue with clogged toilet. Put us in a different, functional room at their own suggestion, arranged for a luggage cart and came to our old room to help us with the room change. Aside from that,our stay was less than ideal. We had problems with one of the lights not working in our room, the room refrigerator was actually a freezer but we didn’t know that so our bottled drinks froze, the toilet clogged the final night of our stay so we had to switch rooms and the bathroom itself was tiny with barely any place to store toiletries. The rooms were also small. More like a motel size room than what you’d find in most hotels. We also received zero housekeeping services - no room cleaning, bed making, fresh towels even after requesting housekeeping by the evening of our second day. It was a 3 day stay so that disappointing. Also we were in a 3rd floor room and the elevator had broken by the time we were leaving so we had to carry our bags down.
