Our place is close to the city center, parks, beach & shopping. Grocery store and drug store just across the street from the neighborhood. You’ll love our place because it's peaceful, the views, the wildlife, the location and the coziness. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers & boaters with the dock. Bring your fishing pole and sit out on the dock to fish or watch the fish jump or the manatees or the occasional dolphin!
The space
Come and go as you please in this 800 sf apartment above the garage with a private entrance and driveway parking space (1) for your vehicle. Our modern yet cozy bungalow features central air conditioning & heat with a walk in shower and small kitchen area with dorm size fridge, microwave & dining table for 2! There is a variety of coffee pods & tea bags and bottled water in the fridge. The room also has a smart TV and its own exclusive router for free Wi-Fi.
Guest access
Enjoy coffee on your private deck overlooking the active deep water canal that leads to the river. The balcony is also the best spot to see the many space shuttle launches that happen up the road at Kennedy Space Center!
Other things to note
Sebastian is an uncrowded and safe community located just 10 minutes from the Atlantic Ocean beaches where you won’t find any high rises - just natural dunes with plenty of free parking and showers. The Orlando attractions are an hour or so away and Vero Beach is 15-20 minutes to the south with events, restaurants, shopping & small airport. Melbourne and its international airport is just 20-30 minutes to the north.
