Clean rooms, but dated. Bathroom was small with the door almost hitting the toilet. The ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. It was dark when you shower, but the water pressure is good. Parking is small with turns for one way traffic. There is no elevator in the parking lot. Beds are comfortable. There was a mini fridge with a coffee maker. It is downtown so the street outside is very loud with people yelling, cars revving by and sirens.

Overall, it was good — the room was clean, though shabby, and probably should have had a complete renovation a few years ago. Arrival was OK (the parking attendant was courteous enough, if a bit perfunctory; the presumed security guard was unfriendly; the front desk agent was pleasant and the check-in easy). On the other hand, Bill (concierge) was fabulous — had the rooms been in better shape, I’d have given this hotel review a fourth star because of him. (The in-room coffee service was dreadful — upgrading it should be fairly easy without a terrible hit to your budget.)

Been there few times, this time with my best ladies friend. Fun!!! But the cleanliness need to do bit better, like deep clean EvErYtHiNg, behind dresser, behind anything, walls, etc. at least once a month… I found underwear behind the dresser and it’s never been clean behind… so maybe clean better? Aside all that, it was a great weekend.

The hotel was nice and clean. It seems like it’s an older hotel that might need some repair. The bed was comfortable, the neighborhood wasn’t too sketchy. The hot tub had some issues with heating. Overall it was a good stay.

It was nice. Friendly staff, but just enough hehe nothing special, superficial smiles. Clean room. Comfortable beds. Cute view. Parking very expensive, unreasonable. No elevator, no assistance to handle luggage. Overpriced overall. I don’t think I would come back.
