Good location

Didnt use the hot tub or bar but a nice hotel.and room. Very convenient locale and parking garage on the property too. Neighborhood in all downtown Seattle area has lots of street people sitting on sidewalks at night but NYC has the same. No worries, seems safe. Car rental place is a few blocks away and restaurant and shopping also.

The room was not as pictured. The listing indicated an "executive room" with a sofa and a balcony. There was no sofa, only a desk chair, and the balcony was 15 inches deep. I asked the manager about the room not having a sofa, showing the listing pictures, and was told that there were three types of "executive" room, one with sofa, one with a recliner, and one with separated shower and sink area. This should have been included in the listing. Also, there was no light switch by the door. Where there should have been one, and where the desk told me it was, was a blank cover plate. Very inconvenient.

Everywhere from our room, to the pool to the lobby was clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful. You are in the city so outsode noise like sirens can be heard but its to be expected. I would stay again!

Told us after checking in that we had one bed and not 2- there wasn’t an elevator in the parking garage- staff mostly seemed like they didn’t want to be there.

warwick was our hotel of choice for seattle, we wanted to splurge a bit and wanted more of an upscale experience. First night I had an idea parking on site was above $50 because the website disclosed that but for unloading purposes we decided to do it anyway, it wasn't disclosed the parking garage had no elevator so we went up and down 8 flights of stairs a couple times, the entrance partly closes after 9pm which results in walking further away, once checked in staff said little to nothing orher than a greeting, once in our room AC was poor and one of our nights we had no hot water and to top it off security was called on us because our music was too loud and and we were talking to loud but it was normal volume, later we were woken up by our neighbors early morning which i realized the hotel has thin walls, me and husband spent the remaining of our trip talking like mice and being quiet while in our room, we found cheaper parking around the block on our 2nd night and the upside to this hotel was housekeeping was very nice and upon request cleaned our room, the pool was also clean but small. I would only recommend this place if you are a early bird and traveling alone, would not stay here again
