Tiny Cute Loft Home Close to Green Lake

Located close to the heart of Green Lake, this house is close to everything! We have a queen size bed in the upstairs loft and recently upgraded the sleeper sofa on the lower level so two more guests can join the group. Full kitchenette with a 24 inch range, mini fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee machine, and utensils are well-stocked. 1 gig Wifi is included as well as Apple TV (and Youtube TV)!

Welcome to the tiny loft house! The upstairs loft features a queen-size bed, while we've just upgraded the lower level with a brand-new, comfy sleeper sofa that accommodates two more guests. The space also includes a full kitchenette, complete with a 24-inch range, mini fridge/freezer, Keurig coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils. 【Loft】
Please note - the queen bed is located in the loft area, which requires climbing a ladder similar to a bunk bed ladder, but with a few extra rungs. Be sure to check the photos for a clear view before booking.

【Parkings】
There is a designated space in the driveway for a small vehicle, plus non-metered, first-come, first-serve street parking available.

You will have access to the entire tiny loft house!

We are located in Phinney Ridge neighborhood, which is one of Seattle's most vibrant and iconic neighborhoods. You'll find a variety of fantastic bars and restaurants, including the world-famous Red Mill Burgers, Stumbling Goat Bistro, El Chupacabra, Cornuto Pizzeria, Thaiku, 74th St. Alehouse, and Prost!

For coffee lovers, you're just a short distance from some of Seattle's best spots like Herkimer and Cafe Vita. Plus, you're only two blocks from Green Lake and within the same neighborhood as the Woodland Park Zoo. It’s truly one of the best locations in Seattle!

The house is located in Phinney Ridge, which is the heart of Seattle. It's incredibly close to restaurants, malls, transportations, and major attractions.

1.【NO PARTY OR EVENT】
We have security system and outside surveillance cameras that will be triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the party groups based on Airbnb's policy. $300 fines will be charged for violating the rule.

2.【QUIET HOURS 10PM-8AM】
We try really hard to be clear about our expectations of our guests as well as what you can expect from our homes, and we believe most of our guests understand that and are awesome! But we did have enough trouble incidents that we have felt the need to outline in detail the guidelines we expect guests to follow, first and foremost being the quiet hours between 10pm and 8am which is really for the sake of our neighbors sanity. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience.

3.【NO SMOKING】
If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee.

4.【DOG FRIENDLY】
We will be happy to host the furry friends with you, so we can allow 1 dog during the stay, but please be noted that an extra cleaning fee of $40 will be charged if you decide to bring your dog.

5. 【NO SHOES】
We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Please kindly remove your shoes when you enter the house.

6.【Self Catering】
This is a self catering home. We will provide an initial starter supply such as toilet paper, etc. Extra supplies will need to be purchased from the store at your cost.

7.【Early check-in】
We’ll be happy to accommodate early check-in whenever we can but availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis – usually 1 day prior to your check-in date. Additional fee might apply.

8.【Late check-out】
We’ll also be happy to offer late check-out when it is possible but the availability will depend on whether we have same day turn-over that day. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to accommodate late check-out requests made on your check-out date. We will need at least 1 day notice to coordinate the late check-out with our cleaning teams. Additional fee might apply.

9.【Dispose trash in the right bins】
Please sort out garbage and recycles and dispose those into appropriate cans. If you are not sure, please leave them inside house and our cleaning crew will take care of them.

10. 【Lost & Found】
Please take all of your personal belongings before you check out. We are NOT responsible for any lost or missing personal belongings left by the guests on the property. If you forget something at the house and would like us to ship it back to you, we will charge $50 handling fee along with the actual shipping fee (receipt will be provided).
