Overall the property was very clean and the staff was lovely. There are little to no amenities and the food offering inside the hotel is very limited. Otherwise it was a lovely stay

LOVED the comp wine making class! That made our trip. Hotel was clean and clearly new. Loved the upstairs bar/food. Hotel has some malfunction issues such as elevator, heater in our guests room, bathroom fans, view obstucted by other new condo's. Dissapointed no pool or hottub working and thought there might be some shopping. Didn't go to spa but was told no functioning hottubs. We had a great stay, but wish our New Years party was better for the price we paid. The town needs shopping centers while enjoying all the wine that is around. Thank you

When I called to check on my reservations, I was told they couldn’t find my reservations then I get a notice on December 8 that they charge my account for $437.63 saying that I no showed when the staff told me I didn’t have reservations so now I’m in the middle of a dispute to have my money returned to my account because I didn’t authorize them to take money from my account. How do you charge someone for a no-show when your staff tell them they don’t have a reservation make it make sense.

I don’t think this hotel is ready to be open. The garage was full and valet turned us away and said “good luck.” The outlets in our room didn’t work so couldn’t charge our phone. No good room service you have to go online and it’s a hassle.

Finley at check-in was fabulous!!! She recommended the last 2 spots for a free wine blending event that day at 4pm & it worked perfectly into our plans so we accepted. It ended up being the highlight of our stay!! Justin at the wine blending event was absolutely delightful, friendly & knowledgeable. He even ran into us at breakfast the next morning and had a nice chat. The decor, the rooms, the food, the wine and the staff were all fantastic!! I will highly recommend this hotel to anyone!! We'll be back for sure and I've decided to turn this into an annual thing for my birthday at a minimum! Thank you!!!
So many great breakfast and brunch menu options that I had to have 2 things to myself! Shrimp and smoked gouda grits with poached eggs, along with nutella French toast with mascarpone cream and caramel!! 😋
