We are 10-15 min to Downtown Bothell, Woodinville Wine Country, and the I-5 & I-405 freeways. Welcome to our single-family home nestled on a private drive in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful territorial views, intense sunrises, and trees surrounding your entire view. We have a chicken coop in the lower part of the yard that you can visit. Our neighborhood is hilly with gorgeous views. Bring your walking shoes and head up the pipeline trail to Lake Forest Park, or just down the hill to Logboom Park and the Burke-Gillman trail with direct biking access to Seattle.
