Hot room. Room uses temporary AC

Room was hot because AC unit was not large enough to cool the room. Property uses a non-fixed AC. Asked for support and was told that AC worked because previous guest did not complain. Asked for fans to at least help cool and fans were not delivered next day, only in third day.
