Staff was exceptionally helpful but it is an aged property and although rooms were clean, it clearly needed some upgrades. There are no handicap accessible rooms.

Wasn't great

We stayed for three nights. The alarm to the pool kept going off. One evening it happened twice. There weren't enough pillows or towels in our room for even 4 people. When we asked for more they said they didn't have any extras but they were able to bring us some the next morning. We asked for room service and they said we had to request that the night before but they did replace our towels and gave us a garbage bag so we could take out our own trash. The carpet in the hallway was so nasty dirty. And there is no laundry facility. The stay wasn't terrible but it wasn't great either. We will stay somewhere else next time.

Charging is $75 to check in early for a room that was ready and sitting there empty is ridiculous!!! Then the room was just ok. It took FOREVER to get the room to cool down with the AC on. Just an ok experience that won’t have me looking to return.

Tried to check in 2 hours early after a 6 hour drive. They said check in was at 4 not 2 in an arrogant manner. That would be ok but then they said it would cost an extra 75 dollars for 2 hours. Then they charged 16.50 for parking in a non secured lot. Signs posted not responsible for vehicle. In the meantime they were using half the parking lot for another hotels overflow. Never again
