Poor services

Airport shuttle service is poor. The driver won’t stop when I waived to get his attention. Then I called front desk to request a ride. This time the driver still tried to ignore my signal after I requested for 30 mins. He finally stopped but denied he received my request from his hotel. Hair dryer in my room was missing. The office manager promised room service will deliver as soon as possible but I wait for two hous and nothing happens. It turned out that it was delivered to weong room.

Hallway smelled like dog poo. There was dog food on the floor of my room. I did not travel with a dog. Carpets had many, many spots. Sink in bathroom was not clean.

It would be nice to have popcorn and the cost of chips are RIDICULOUSLY priced at $4 a bag. Other than that, I would recommend this property asbit had great pick up from the airport and surrounding service.

Average,dated place to sleep but for a high price.

For the price we paid, it was less than we expected. Our room AC didn't work at all. We had to move to a different room late at night. There was a bug in the kitchen cabinet that looked like a roach. I wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was decent. Bed was comfortable.
