*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the upper-level unit, but there is no shared space. There is a door that connects the upstairs and the downstairs unit, which remains locked and it's only unlocked for guests who book the whole house.

*. Parking Disclosure:1 Garage Parking Space. Free Street Parking is also Available.



*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.



*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.



*.Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

Room had not been cleaned. The host told us if we needed anything they lived 3 houses down the block. That was a lie. Sheets were dirty. The expectations of host was for us to obtain clean sheets from upstairs residence or move upstairs for a night. Codes were given but no access. Parking was good. Location was ok, but very hilly.
Bed was not clean. No sheets to be found. A clean comforter was found. House had not been cleaned. Wasn’t cleaned until next day at 3:30 pm
