It’s very convenient and the staff was absolutely sterling, but it’s a property who desperately needs to upgrade their hard furnishings, like the showers, the toilet toilets and the sinks. It’s also very noisy because it’s between Hwy 167 which goes all night and the train. The quietest rooms are right in the middle.

My bathroom had mildew all over the grout, we had half of a roll of toilet paper , we couldn’t use the tv because the instructions did not work, The hot tub was freezing and the sauna was Luke warm at best. The staff was nice and the bed was comfy.

Had a problem with our first dog friendly room and the front desk staff immediately rectified the issue. They were very apologetic for the inconvenience (which was minimal) and I was very happy with the service. Lots of poop on the property but that’s more on crummy dog owners. Will stay again when in the area.
