Horrible service from morning/day clerk. Just deplorable, appalling, disgusting attitude and disregard for normal courtesy. Poor respect and total disregard for repeat customers (six or seven reservations, a total of 25+ days over the course of 5 weeks) when we needed to extend the reservation. We should have left and stayed elsewhere after the way we were treated. Night staff, when the manager was not there, were exceptional. Above and beyond, excellent, worth raving about. It seems to say something though, doesn't it, when the staff who work with no leadership are phenomenal and the staff working alongside and coinciding with the hotel manager are permitted to be customer facing and yet so abominable. Has to reflect on the manager that they feel comfortable behaving that way and mistreating customers when you are right in the office behind them. Tells a story, it does.

The property has sufficient parking though much is in the far back and not easy to navigate with luggage nor safe at night; we were approached in the lot at night by unhoused individuals clearly under the influence. Most of the staff had excellent service, though the day clerk was spectacularly rude and she should be retrained, supervised, or removed. The housekeeping was great when it got done but it was sporadic even after specifically requesting service. The on site washer and dryer were convenient though we did have to use them after hours because of our schedules (did laundry from 8p-10p-ish). The night staff were always fantastic. We stayed over 25 nights but would not stay here again due to the treatment we received from the day clerk and the way that us extending our stay was handled including requiring us to change rooms multiple times, move our stuff out for periods of time due to what was suddenly a strict cleaning schedule, charging us an early check in or late check out fee when we were not actually leaving the hotel and were just on a new reservation, etc. Upon arrival our bathroom was locked from the inside and no one could open it so it was not accessible for use. We had to move all of our stuff to a new room, which we had already begun to unpack, and which we had a lot of due to our extended stay, late at night. We didn't complain, as things happen, but when we needed to stay longer it was an "issue" and they could not be accommodating or helpful.

I love the fact that the room and the place in general was clean, the only negative is that you could hear lots of noice from other rooms and beds were not firm, other then than we had a great stay. Breakfast was included but we did not eat there so not sure how it was. 100% recomended.

Breakfast was actually really good and whoever prepares it needs to be acknowledged that they are beautiful and perfect. Front desk staff is quick and efficient, never had to wait too long for anything plus some ladies were bilingual.
