Situated just moments away from delightful coffee shops, top-rated restaurants, and Queen Anne's rich architecture, this home offers both convenience and charm. Nestled near Seattle Pacific University and only minutes from Lake Union, buses, biking trails, and more, it serves as the perfect hub for exploring all that Queen Anne neighborhood has to offer, along with South Lake Union, and Seattle's finest attractions.

This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom townhome approximately 1113 sqft. It's 4 levels including the rooftop deck, and there a set of stairs leading up to the entry.

**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.

**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.

**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Nice place near the heart of the city

Great location, nice clean place to stay. While I think it is great that the unit has it's own parking space, that was an issue because our car was a bit large and made a challenge getting in/out. Otherwise great spot to stay. Communication with property management was a breeze.
