Extremely impressed with our stay at this hotel. Dan went above and beyond for us. We flew in from Canada and arrived well before check in. He not only found an available room for us but he also upgraded us. We had a lovely view of the space needle. The room was quiet and clean. And the bed was so comfortable. Everything was within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seattle.

My stay was unfortunately not ideal. The bed was extremely squeaky and felt very flimsy, almost like it was made of cardboard. The hallways were also very noisy, and the large gap under the door made it even easier to hear everything going on outside. One of the main reasons I booked this hotel was because it advertised having a pool, but I later found out the pool has been closed for two years, which was disappointing and misleading. On a positive note, the staff was very nice and friendly throughout my stay.
