The location was good. The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was good and the staff manning the breakfast area were very friendly. I was disappointed with the “Cafe and Bar”. I guess the bar was the 3 or 4 stools at an extension of the front desk. Nothing to indicate if they were serving anything. I guess the cafe was the area where prepackaged food was available. I saw a few sandwiches with a prepared date of 1/13 and a use by date of 1/20. It was 7pm on the 20th. Needless to say we didn’t purchase anything.

The hotel was extremely flexible... allowed early check in with no issues as rooms were available and even let a late checkout happen to get that extra hour of sleep or two. The kinds of things that are so easy for places to do when able and what makes some places stand out compared to the rest that follow their stringent rules. Also, a great breakfast included, nice shower in the room and really clean overall. A no brainer to stay as a very well rounded option!

Didn’t expect so many negatives at a Hyatt property. Lighting was awful and blinding. Shower curtain way too long and didn’t keep the water in the shower. Bathroom floor soaked after each shower. Extra blanket had a huge hole in it. Bathroom vent didn’t work properly and made More noise than a defective 1950s truck. One disappointment after another.

The room was clean other than hair on the bathroom floor. The staff was kind and helpful. The fire alarm went off at 4 am so we had to evacuate, but we're able to go back in 15 minutes later

The staff was quite friendly upon arrival. The room, however, could use some work. There were some unusual spots under the toilet along with multiple loose hairs. I was very thankful that the staff offered to move a night of parking from my bill, but was taken back by needing to fill out the feedback in front of the receptionist. I felt obligated to give them a good review because she was holding my phone and marking the ratings for me. Great location, pretty central to everything. The rooms however have thin walls. I was able to hear the lovely sound of the upstairs neighbor hurling for about two hours as I was trying to go to bed not even the sound of my TV could take away from the sound.
