I cannot say enough about Level! We planned a jam packed trip to Seattle, and found ourselves wishing we had more time at the hotel. From night swims, to family movie nights, karaoke laughs, and teaching my kids my own childhood piano skills… Level was absolutely perfect for my little family. The staff was kind. The amenities were great (thank you washer and dryer, too!). And the location was perfect.

The property is good. It is centrally located, no need to drive to the main Seattle attractions, such as Space needle , waterfront, downtown and such. The property has lots of amenities, multiple pools, saunas, steam rooms, game room, karaoke, movie room with big screen and others. However, if windows are facing the street it is very noisy, they should work of soundproofing windows or make balcony door close tight. And, please, attach dishwasher properly in the 445, it falls out of the cabinet. Thanks

My only suggestion would be to have the spare bedding in the room already if we have let the location know that there are 3 adults arriving. The last 2 times we had to go to the front desk to pick up the extra bedding for the pull out.

Staff was terrible. Didn’t help with any direction on where to go or how to use the elevator (confusing). Also, I checked and read every email and reservation info that was sent to me. No where did it say an extra $250 at arrival for down payment. Maybe that’s on me, but that should be printed very obviously considering it’s a big down payment. Overall nice spot but terrible staff and no understanding or accommodations whatsoever.
