The room we checked into had a very strong smell of bleach and we tried to stay and see if it would pass but it didn’t so we went to the front counter and they gave us a new room right away. The service was great and breakfast was tasty.

Our bathroom floor was dirty and had ants. The front lobby was small and overcrowded. When I asked the front desk lady if we could have a room on a higher floor, she said there were no rooms left. However, it seemed like she just didn’t want to make the effort to switch us, as I noticed they already had room keys prepared for all the guests in a bin, which felt unusual.

They appeared to be working with a new system, took quite a while to check in. Overall, the hotel was quite nice once everybody figures out how everything works it should improve. Housekeeping was not bad however they did not refill the coffee supply or remove a dirty tray from the breakfast buffet. I would stay here again.
