I just found out the pool and hot tub have been out of order for more than a month. I searched specifically for hotels with pools and hot tubs and had that in my search criteria. We are driving an extra half hour out of our way to a hotel that had an indoor pool and hot tub! Such a bummer

The facility is impeccably clean. The breakfast area is always fully stocked for the entire time it is open, and the staff that works in the area are so friendly and helpful. Since ours was a holiday visit, I really appreciated the lobby decorations, making it feel like home. We spent more than just breakfast time there. My only disappointment and the reason for the 4-star rating is that the pool and whirlpool were out of order for our entire stay. There was no offer of compensation for the inconvenience.

I booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub & pool access. I wasn't informed that both were closed for maintenance for our entire stay until after I had checked in and paid a deposit. That was very upsetting. Parking was very overpriced. Smart tv had very limited access to apps and content.

Friendly, attentive staff, good full breakfasts daily, well stocked fitness center with weights and cardio machines. Room was quiet. Bed was a little soft for but good. Great location two blocks from train to downtown Seattle. Bonus was electric car chargers (free) inside the garage. Will stay here again to visit son who lives nearby.
