An easy stay for a few evenings. Clean and fine. Nothing amazing or awful. The shower wouldn’t get very warm, that was a big bummer. And the walls are super thin. Someone above me sounded like they were having a stomper until 3am. Had to put earplugs in and I’m not a light sleeper. Bed was hard, but I like soft beds. The pool had green scum all the way around it so that didn’t look appealing. Other than that, a fine stay.

Our stay was what has become to be expected of the Hilton Group but unfortunately some lack of communication disappointed us for our stay. My wife has a muscle condition that requires frequent therapy like hot contrast therapy to provide comfort from pain. We had chosen this hotel based on its proximity to our itinerary AND the hot tub amenity. She was extremely frustrated to find it not only closed but completely empty. We would have appreciated some correspondence (like we have received from other hotel chains) when there is a closure or change to the facility. Our stay and sleep was not very comfortable for my wife. If we had been notified in advance, we would have made different arrangements.

Staff was friendly. Room was not great, thermostat wasn't working, shower door was broken and conditioner in the room was empty. Not great when you have two daughters. Hot tub wasn't functional and we chose this location based on the amenities and they were not operational . Overall ok but won't return.

The breakfast was amazing for a hotel plenty of options and plenty of time. Love the covered smoking area super rare in seattle. Did not check it out, but the pool did not look great. Balcony door did not open.
