We loved the location; close to the Northgate station and our son’s home. Staff was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent. Comfortable beds. We were disappointed that the hot tub was broken during our stay. I picked this hotel for that amenity specifically. Everything else was excellent.

GEORGIA

Heating system didn’t work. I notified the front desk and got no response for two hours. I was not able to shower and nap as planned. Much later an employee showed up, mumbled something and it still didn’t work. I went to the desk,left in the dark and the rain in desperation. No sleep. I will be in the area often and hoped this would be a frequent stop. I will dispute the charge.

The room was clean and moderately comfortable, however the pool was dirty and the hot tub was empty and out of order (one of the main reasons for booking this hotel was that it has a pool and hot tub).
