Very nice property. Designated parking spot is definitely a bonus. Not quite enough shampoo/soap for the whole stay but easy to grab those items close by. Perk was plenty of coffee pods to last :). We would stay here again

I was staying in the area with my adult daughter, visiting our other kid, and the location was ideal for us. Staying there, it was better located than we thought, with several good cafes and restaurants nearby. The space was well-appointed and fit our needs. I'd recommend this apartment.

This apartment looks just like the pictures! It was really clean and had everything you would need. The neighbourhood was really cute and it was easy to get around using public transport. I had a friend stop in and it was great to have a parking spot. I found it a bit cold but Charlotte was great to communicate with and there were space heaters and a fan available. I slept great as the bed was comfy and the cooler temperature! Would recommend staying here again!

Great location and having your own parking spot was great. Owner went above board with providing shampoo and even coffee pods. There was some construction across street but not that bad and owner had advised us of such. There was additional construction below the unit that was loud but ended about 5. Was told it was temporary by contractor so don’t see that as problem for future rentals. Couch was a little low for us. Overall was good rental experience. Easy check in and limited steps to climb. (We are older).

My daughter and I had a wonderful stay at the Gray Oasis! The property itself is cozy, comfortable and very well appointed We didn’t take advantage of all the amenities but having a stocked coffee bar was so welcome. The property was immaculate, the bed was super comfortable. Having a washer and dryer in the apartment was a luxury. There is fully stocked dining area for anyone looking to stay a while. The location was central and easy to get in and out of. Parking was pretty easy as well We barely heard any noise from the neighbors and overall it was very quiet and peaceful. Charlotte is a fantastic host and communicates quickly. I would definitely stay here again!
