A cost-effective option for the outskirts of Seattle. The exterior, property and rooms are a bit worn, but all amenities were functional, it seemed clean all around and the staff were helpful. It's just off the highway, but it's quiet enough and the Renton/southern Bellevue area is pleasant enough to warrant visiting. I would choose this place again given its price and proximity to the Seattle area.

It was a nice affordable room to stay in. Service feels very limited. The office is just closed down from 8-8, and on the morning I was there at 9 am no one had shown up to open the lobby and or make coffee.
