Staff was very knowledgeable about the things to do in the area. Only thing I didn’t like was when I asked them to come clean the room and re-do the beds, all they did was take my used towels and get me new ones. Other than that, everything was excellent!

The Room was clean the Pillows were in horrible over use state. Very flat not cervical support. I was shocked. We had to get more the following morning. We were shocked the parking was $40 a NIGHT. A charge for internet etc. The breakfast was very good but a bit overpriced.

I had a great stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in downtown Seattle. The hotel was very clean, modern, and well-maintained, which made the stay comfortable and relaxing. The location is also perfect for exploring downtown Seattle. What really stood out was the customer service. Bailey was an absolute standout — incredibly kind, professional, and helpful. She went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of and truly made us feel welcomed. Her positive attitude and willingness to help made a big difference in our experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Seattle and would happily stay here again. Thank you to the staff, and especially Bailey, for such a great experience!
