The complimentary breakfast was above expectations with numerous fresh fruits and a full line of breakfast feast items. The head chef went out of his way to make our experience VERY pleasant. Give him accolades! Alternately we had a problem with a damp bed pad under the sheets. That should not have happened.

Bathrooms were not great. Mold around tub. There were 2 elevators but each day one was out of service. Breakfast was fantastic, eggs, bacon, yogurt, waffles, lots of choices. The guy in charge of breakfast was wonderful. He wasn't there on Friday and it wasn't as good. Our room was never cleaned on Thursday. I had to go down and get fresh towels etc. Just got a sorry about that remark.

The room, common areas and parking lot were clean. This is an old, rundown building. The carpet is old and gross. Even though my room and bedding was nice and clean, there was a strong odor of urine in my room. That stressed me out and made me run out of there by 6 a.m. I didn't feel safe in the area. Any staff I interacted with, were very pleasant.
