Best Western

The check in at the front desk was a little unprofessional. Front desk manager was kind of short when asked question about the dog policy. Between you and the hotel the customer really needs to know if the hotel has increased there dog stay prices. We would not have stayed here if we knew upfront the prices had increased. We also never got our refund from you when we had to cut our day short a couple of stays ago. The hotel refunded it but you did not.

Staff was all very attentive, there was many dining options within walkable distance. The night we checked in there was an issues with our first room and a water leak we were quickly moved into another room and given a bigger sized space. There was a wide variety for The breakfast. Also enjoyed that it lasted till 10am not having to wake up so early to enjoy the amenities.

Rooms were old and musty smelling. Bed was in horrible shape with terrible pillows.. Worst part staff working the limited breakfast was using bare hands stocking pastries and breads. Super unsanitary!
