The apartment was in a great location. The room was clean and had everything I needed in the unit. I loved that one is able to control the temperature in the individual unit. The staff was very responsive to any questions I had. In terms of transportation- the bus stops right out front, which is convenient. There is also street parking if you rent a car- but the later you come in, the more challenging parking can get. The units are great for solo and couple travelers. Something that I wasn’t aware of when I made the booking is that there is $200 deposit required as well as a $47 cleaning fee outside of the hotels website- which wasn’t a problem, it just should be made clearer at the time of booking. All in all it was a great stay and I would definitely return when back in the Seattle area.

The property is very nice, seems to be new construction. The neighborhood is beautiful with shops and public transit within walking distance. You will need a good pair of shoes though, the hills are steep! The room was small but had everything I needed and more: bed, TV, refrigerator, microwave, private bathroom, toilet, and sink. Downsides are that my window looked into the neighbors window, so you have to keep the blinds closed for privacy. There appeared to be some mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, and the shower was missing some grout/caulking on the inside of the shower near the door. I bring this up because there was a sign about closing the door to prevent damages, however the door was not properly sealed. Additionally, the walls are THIN! I could hear the neighboring rooms conversation and when their phone would vibrate. Overall this was a nice little room with a comfortable bed. Most of my time was spend in the city, not my room, so the room accomplished what I needed.

BEWARE, not as advertised

BEWARE Whatever price you agreed to when booking you will be hit with unexpected, mandatory “cleaning fees" in order to check in. Facilities are rundown, and other guests were comically noisy during my stay, but even a low conversation would have been audible due there being no sound insulation between rooms whatsoever. There are no reps on-site to help resolve any issues you do encounter. Also do not believe reviews that parking will be easy or convenient. You will not find parking for loading/unloading and will often park several blocks from location due to high demand in the area. There are many affordable places in Seattle without the hassle, and they are upfront about their costs.

Amazing room for the price, in an incredibly convenient neighborhood (20min walk to the Space Needle and tons of other activities) that also happens to have lots of lovely homes and people. The theme of the room was not really what we were interested in, but I will note that there was very little to support the theme. That aside, the room itself was great - everything is quite new. Comfortable bed, easy temperature control (AC/heat), a wine fridge and sink, with a Keurig for the early flight wakeup. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the little extras (shampoo/bodywash, extra towels for makeup-removal) were appreciated. We didn't use the shared kitchen space, but it appeared well-stocked and everything was nice and clean. The host was very communicative, and the 'about' website he sent 24h before our arrival was really handy. Cons: the room is not big, it's at the top of a very steep hill, and there are stairs to get to it in the building. Some of the linens were a bit frayed. To us, these were all non-issues, and we were very happy with our stay.

Room was all we needed to visit friends in the neighborhood. Able to walk to restaurants and coffee. Fantastic views of downtown & space needle from our top floor room. Three story walk up. Queen Anne area is great and on street parking was not difficult to find.

Booked this place very last minute. The place was great and everything was within walking distance (lots of hills and stairs so be ready!). Only had to take one train and a bus to get here from the airport. The area is very hilly so having the bus stop right outside the place was amazing. We are somewhat fit people and we were able to walk to the space needle, market, and beach since its all down hill. I would recommend taking a bus or uber back up. Noise wasn't an issue as we had the AC on most of the time so we didn't hear anything. Our only issue was that the shower drain wasn't draining fast enough and was causing some flooding, but that's something that could be fixed. Overall, would recommend for the price and location.

Nice enough place for a quick stay.

Let’s get one thing crystal clear, this is not a hotel. This is a hostel. You get your own room some have bathrooms and some do not. The rooms are very small, I’d guess the room itself was 200 SF. No climate control, just a free standing A/C unit. The bed was nice, the linens were comfortable and the shower was big but had pretty low water pressure but remained hot. You can hear the other tenants moving and walking about, as well as their voices while not clearly, enough to be a bother. Unfortunately my room had a massive ant issue and they got into my luggage and when I contacted the owner, they provided ant spray but did not clean it and the room being so small made it hard to be in the room after it was sprayed. I didn’t spent much time in my room needless to say. There is a communal kitchen and living space, it is nice, there are coffee pods to use and kitchen utensils. All in all it is a nice place for a quick stay.

Do not stay here! Check in is convoluted; despite paying for the room initially, you then have to pay another fee and a security fee, which involves taking pictures of your driver license. Room is tiny, no place to sit except the bed, horrible mattress, no storage. Noisy. Overall, TERRIBLE!

Titled as a “Hotel” but not a hotel. I was not aware I would be sharing spaces with other guests. Felt like I was in a dorm room and not a “hotel”. Room was different than as advertised in pictures. Did not have a view of the space needle like pictures showed. Bathroom was also different. Need to climb flights of stairs to get to room and walls were very thin. Woken up by other noisy guests at 4:30AM and noise continued until 6 AM. Communication with host was fine. Also charges a $47 cleaning fee that you don’t know of until you have already paid the non-refundable cost of the room.

The suit was very accurate with the description. In great location that can be easily accessible by some buses. If you are driving there are some street parking not too far. Very clean and well kept units
