Ocean lovers will appreciate easy access to the beach via the Tioga Road overpass (approx. seven-minute walk). There’s also a corner playground for the kiddies, and if you don’t feel like cooking, you’ll find scores of delis and diners nearby, along with a gamut of international cuisines (Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Japanese, German, Italian and more).   Street and driveway parking only.
