Great for a short stay to enjoy the beach and boardwalk. The owner/staff were very nice. Comfortable beds and clean. Could use some updates. Overall it was just what we needed for the short time we spent in the room.

The room looks on and the beds were comfy. The shower had a curtain that’s not long enough so later was all over the floor and I had to wear flip flops in the room the whole time. There are also rusted benches outside which ruined the look of the whole place. The cleaning person leaves bags of towns over these benches all day and left the laundry cart in front of our room for most of the visit.

We found a literal m*th pipe in our bathroom. Chain lock was ripped off door, blankets were clearly stained, and place was overall a terrible stay.

You get what you pay for. It’s very close to the beach, and the gentleman in the office was polite and friendly. I’m assuming this hotel is a family run operation. They have made efforts to update the place and it looks nice, but it’s lacking amenities. The shower door wouldn’t stay shut and got water everywhere which other guests had obviously tried to rig to fix, no towel hooks in bathroom, no cleaning supplies to sweep up sand or tidy up after kids, broken/missing blinds, not enough kitchen supplies to accommodate the apartment size, etc. Our toilet got clogged from 7 people sharing a bathroom, but there was no plunger to fix it. Just a lot of minor inconveniences that lessened the enjoyability of our stay. I think some attention to these details and minor repairs/accommodations would drastically improve the place. But for a last minute booking right next to the shore, it had what we needed.
