Very friendly staff overnight and during the day great people and kind to my children which always goes a long way definitely recommend 10/10 would definitely stay here again !!! Close proximity to everything also we had breakfast at jimmys and the staff there was great also than went to the SeaSpray water park across the street and also had a late night walk to 7/11 beautiful little mini family vacation thank you staff again !!!

Pros: staff is so very helpful, pool is spacious and clean, location: walk to beach and boardwalk, sleeping arrangements: 2 king beds and full sleeper sofa, plenty of hot water for showers for 4 people Cons: nowhere to hang clothing, very outdated and run down , curtains are torn and sun is very bright in morning, walls are thin and lots of noise from people walking above

We had an excellent stay but I was a little disappointed that the room only had 3 outlets and one was taken by the tv, fridge, and microwave and one of the other outlets was loose and didn't hold any cord I plugged in. But the pools were great, had bbq grills by the pools, room was spacious and the price was great. And the staff were amazing, very friendly and accommodating.

You get what you pay for the proximity to the beach could not be beat if you expect spic and span up-to-date rooms you will be disappointed, but the staff are more than accommodating so definitely worthwhile staying there. They let me have early check-in and let me park in there a lot at 9:30 in the morning. When check-in was not until two in the afternoon.

Pool was great and location is amazing. You do get a parking spot but they are really tight and inches next to other cars. It works out in the end but a little stressful. Rooms were pretty big though ! And the air conditioning worked great !

This is a crack motel. Do not stay here, especially with a family. There is actually armed security at the premises because the place is so bad. There are residents living there full time. The room was dirty and disgusting. The premises are dirty and disgusting. The person who showed me to my room was intoxicated. It is a nightmare. I returned the keys right away and went to a different place, where I had to pay more money as a last resort booking, but there was no way I was staying at that place.

I little mad with the staff we check out in around 20 minutes we realize that we forgot something in the room we can back and ask if we can back in the room and they told us NOT that they don’t have the keys anymore the problem is how the front desk don’t have the keys for the rooms but we try to avoid problems and we left. Everything else was good to stay

Lady in the front office is not welcoming. The front staff argued for 30 minutes before checking me in. Internet didn’t work. No cable. Rainy days or times you’re in the room just isn’t worth being there.

I stay here every time I go to seaside heights and it never disappoints. Staff are great, pool is great. The hotel isn’t anything fancy but it reminds me of being a child and always has a good vibe. And it’s literally right next to the boardwalk
