Overall, a great option for a stay near Seaside Heights. Only suggestion for guests is to make sure to bring trash bags and toilet paper as only one roll per bathroom is provided and only one trash bag, which is a first for me renting a VRBO for a family trip.

Best views you see the ferris wheel!! Beautiful view!!
Outdoor shower! And closet outside for outdoor keeping like chairs!!

This was a great rental for our family visiting from the West Coast. The check-in was easy and the host very responsive to questions. The house was well-appointed and included linens and towels. We were glad to have beach chairs and umbrella available for our trips to Island Beach State Park. We were very pleased with our stay and enjoyed the proximity to the boardwalk. We highly recommend the property.

Beautiful Mermaid Place

We cannot thank Julie enough for the amazing accommodations! We couldn’t ask for any more amenities then provided. Julie was very responsive and quick to answer my questions. Checking in and out was surprisingly easy. Mermaid Place was fantastic! Very spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The distance from the beach and boardwalk was easy enough to walk to and far enough to have quiet time which was important with young kids. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend booking Mermaid Place!

Perfect house and host!

Everything about this house was perfect. Everything in Seaside is walkable from the house. The house is stacked with linens and towels and all the appliances are new and work great. The host was incredibly accommodating and answered all questions immediately. We used the front porch , the back grill area and the rooftop deck. There is no lack of outdoor space at this house. I highly recommend it!

Fantastic Seaside Heights Vacation Stay

Julie was very responsive. House is big, modern and has everything you need for a great vacation in Seaside Heights. Highlights include outdoor patio, large master bedroom, private parking, tons of kitchen supplies with spacious open concept living/dining/kitchen and great location two-ish blocks from the boardwalk. Would stay again.

Grad Trip

I booked this property for a family trip to celebrate my nieces graduation. Our party included 2 couples, my monther-in-law, and two teenagers. The house was a great size with room for everyone and plenty of bathrooms. It was clean and the addition of beach chairs and the outdoor shower was great. It is a short walk to the boardwalk. We had a great stay. Thank you

Super place to stay
