THE SPACE:

As you step into our Seaside Cottage, you'll be greeted by our cozy living space with a rustic-beachy vibe. Perfect for relaxing after a sunny day at the shore.

The beach house offers two cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished for your comfort. The master bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed, ideal for families or groups. Fresh linens are provided on all beds.

Our kitchen is stocked with all necessary appliances and utensils to cook up a fresh meal. Without our dining room seating 6, a great way to gather after a fun summer day.

There is no off street parking. Guest must find their own free street parking.

No parties or gatherings. The occupancy limit set forth in this listing may not be exceeded at any time.

The minimum age to book is 24 years old and the primary guest completing the reservation must remain for the duration of the stay. Photo ID for age verification purposes may be requested prior to, or at the time of check-in.

The cottage is all on a single floor, however please note that approximately 3 steps are required to access the front door.

The TV is a smart TV and also has cable channels accessible through the provided "Sling TV" app. For any other streaming services, you may use your own login credentials.
