This professionally maintained rear cottage offers a relaxing and well-appointed escape for your beach vacation, located just minutes from Seaside Heights, Lavallette, Ortley Beach, Seaside Park, and Island Beach State Park. Perfect for couples or small families, the home accommodates up to four guests and combines comfort, convenience, and proximity to some of the Shore’s most popular destinations. 2 Season badges are available, (Savings $30 a day). Travel crib available by request only.

Rules

Smoking inside the home will incur a $1000 fine. Lost beach badges will be charged at $100 each.
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.
