The room and facility in general was very clean. The front desk staff were friendly and professional. The breakfast was good, lots of options and made fresh in front of you. The A/C worked really well. My only issue was that the room said city view. I was expecting to see the city, but the only view was the parking lot, the freeway and the freeway offramp. If you book a room, opt for the courtyard view instead. It was dissappointing to look at the freeway.

A really nice hotel wonderful staff the breakfast was more than decent. They offered a variety of options. We checked in at 9 PM and checked out at 11 AM. I would have loved to stay here another night!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. One of my favorite features is the high ceilings in the room and the great room lighting. It was bright and welcoming, and very comfortable overall. I do not recommend staying across from the Housekeeping area, which is where we were. The staff was very loud and were raising their voices well into the night. The door kept opening and closing which was very easy to hear from where we were as well. They were doing their job and I do not fault them for that but I was a little surprised at how loud they were. I wouldn't say they were yelling, but they were speaking very loudly at each other down the hall and the doors sounded like they were slamming. So if you can avoid it, I highly recommend not staying on the first floor by the housekeeping area. Overall, the hotel was very nice.

Overall very good stay, except from my room 208 I can hear this faint music on the whole night, which is loud enough to wake me up from time to time. Later I found out its the speaker they installed in the ceiling on first floor that emit the music whole night. Wish they could turn off that lobby music off at night. Also, the A/C was blowing cold despite adjusting up the temperature.
