The bed was very uncomfortable, the shower curtains smelled very bad, and the food at the Fuego restaurant was not good. I really was hoping for a better experience. I only give it 2 stars for the view and decor in the lobby.

We walked into the room and promptly walked right back out. It smelled like a 20 year old ash tray, there was trash, cardboard and a full on mattress littering the parking lot. No thank you.

Overall the stay was nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Venue was beautiful. However, one of my family members who stayed in the second room complained the floors were dirty in the restroom and main room. She said the bottoms of her feet were really dirty after walking on the bare floors. Also I don’t think each room should have been charged the $100 deposit. Should have been &100 for the total reservation.

Overall the room was comfortable and the amenities very good. Loved the hair and soap products. Had to stay an extra day and asked for a light refresh of our room. Unfortunately it didn’t happen and had to ask for clean towels and coffee cups. Fuego restaurant was great-had the all-day menu and the food was tasty - mushroom tacos were outstanding and a very generous serving of the calamari! Server was very attentive. Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, Venue was beautiful - may come back when the weather is warmer!
