Located on a cul de sac with a neighborhood pool, charming Sealoft Villas are just a 5 minute walk from Seabrook's beautiful North Beach. At the top of the stairs to the entrance you'll love the open deck with cafe table/umbrella, 2 chairs, and a Weber propane grill. As you enter this amazing cottage, you'll be greeted with bright, white vaulted ceilings in a room full of windows looking out over the lagoon that invites you to leave your troubles at the door. Settle in and enjoy the many features throughout. The great room has 2 cozy couches and 2 chairs with a 46" TV over the unique driftwood mantle. The adjacent dining area has a table and 6 chairs and is highlighted by 2 walls of windows bringing the natural beauty of Seabrook Island right to the table. The fully stocked kitchen has a vaulted ceiling, granite counter tops, GE Profile appliances and Bosch dishwasher. There is also a stackable washer and dryer on the first floor for your convenience.
The first floor master bedroom has a king bed, 40" HDTV, and en suite bathroom. Sliding glass doors provide access to a private deck complete with 2 Adirondack chairs and a small table. A perfect little getaway after an active day at the beach.
The second bedroom is also on the first floor with another king bed, 40" HDTV, and en suite bath that also has access from the great room area. Upstairs on the second floor kids and adults alike will love the adorable loft with cathedral ceiling, 2 twin beds and a third full en suite bathroom. There is also another sliding glass door that leads to a third deck. Catch some rays or gaze at the stars in the 2 chaise lounge chairs plus 2 additional chairs for seating with 2 small tables for your convenience. There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day of fun at the beach and an extra refrigerator located under the villa.
Bring up to (2) dogs as long as they are under 20lbs each, pet fees apply
Just the views from this beautiful property are enough to make you call this your "happy place", not to mention the additional amenities available on Seabrook Island.

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver's license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
