This 2nd floor dog friendly Atrium villa has it all. This retreat is modern and sleek. It has fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean from every window. Across the street is the ocean, Beach Club pools, and Pelican's Nest oceanfront dining. Next door is the Island House where you can dine in the Palmetto Room or Bohicket's Lounge or arrange to golf Seabrook Island Clubs two championship golf courses. Location and 5 star lodging - This villa is the perfect vacation home.

Upon entering, you will immediately notice the simple, modern decor. Soft gray walls and a tile floor create a clean space. The wall of windows and cathedral ceilings fill the room with brightness. Furnishings in shades of blue compliment the wall coloring. The wall mounted HDTV/DVD is viewable from anywhere in the living area. The kitchen features gray custom cabinetry, white granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and all the conveniences of home. There is counter seating for 3.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The room has bright white bed linens, a wall mounted HDTV, access to the deck, and amazing views of the ocean. The en-suite bathroom has tile flooring, a gray wainscot cabinet with granite, and a spectacular shower with river rock flooring and accent stripes and a corner seat. The 2nd bedroom has two full beds. Bright aqua headboards stand out against the soft walls. Views of the ocean, an HDTV, and private bath make this retreat relaxing and comfortable.

This villa is perfectly located. Whether you are looking to enjoy the sandy beaches, relax under the sun at the Beach Club pools, golf on the spectacular courses, or just unwind while listening to the ocean, this home is where you'll want to be. The condo was not clean at all -aside from furniture that is worn and weathered - walls were dirty - baseboards full of hair - opened sauces etc in kitchen cabinets and I saw 2 cockroaches - we checked out a day early and won’t be going back . It’s a shame because it’s in a really good location .

Amazing Ocean Views and Perfect Location

This villa exceeded our expectations with its great location and immaculate condition. Just a 1-minute walk to the beach, pool, and restaurant, it offers the convenience of having everything within reach. Perched on the second floor, the villa provides incredible views of the ocean, palm trees, and scenic landscapes exactly as advertised. The villa is well-stocked with all the essentials, including spices and cookware for preparing meals, as well as some beach gear. It features two separate rooms, each with its own bathroom and clean bedding. The island itself is breathtaking, filled with lush trees, moss, and beautiful homes. The beach is wide and stretches out on both sides, offering plenty of space to enjoy the sun and surf. Amenity cards are a must if you want access to the nearby outdoor pool or the gym and indoor lap pool at the Lake House, which is about 10 minutes away by car within the same island and available for a daily fee. One downside is the limited areas for our dog to do their business. While the golf course is understandably off-limits to pets, it's great that the island allows dogs off-leash before 10 am and after 5 pm, and on-leash during the day. Another minor inconvenience is that the only grocery store is about 15 minutes away, and the prices are higher than at regular stores. Overall, this villa is an excellent choice for anyone seeking amazing ocean views and a prime location close to all amenities. We would definitely return to this property.

Couldn't be more convenient to beachside pool, beach lounger area, and beachfront bar/restaurant

Would stay here again! It is less than a minute walk across the street to the pool area and to one of the beach access points. We enjoyed the beach bar/restaurant area. The deck is very spacious with comfortable seating - a highlight being able to enjoy the ocean views. The condo was clean - no issues at all! We debated about renting a golf cart (LSV) since the condo is so close to the beach access and pool, and I'm so glad we did! It was so much more enjoyable to hop in the LSV to drive around the island (we were wanting to view alligators), and to the beach access, to Fresh Fields (grocery, shopping, restaurants), and to Bohicket Marina. The only con is that we couldn't always access the beach at higher tide because the water was so high. Not a big deal, we just hopped in our golf cart down to #3 beach access point just a few minutes down. We also came around a super moon, so the tides were higher. Seabrook is a gem of an island (we love the dog friendliness) and respect for nature. Make sure you do the dolphin feeding watching at Cap Sam's Inlet around low tide. We also enjoyed a trail ride at the equestrian center and good food around sunset at Bohicket Marina.

Great stay with ocean view

The villa was in a perfect location - amazing ocean view, and a very short walk to the beach club, pool, dining, and golf club! Clean and newly renovated, the villa provided all the comforts of a home-away-from-home. Our only criticism (which is very minor) regards the shortage of window treatments, as both bedrooms have skylights/ceiling windows without any shades, and the large bedroom windows and sliding doors have thin curtains leading to early sunrise wake-up time during our vacation. Bring eye coverings if you plan to sleep in : )

Amazing views

The condo was that rare place that exceeded the ad. The view is spectacular and the location, which is adjacent to the golf club and across the street from the beach club and beach, is perfect. We also loved Seabrook Island and the nearby Kiawah Island, which are very different different but equally beautiful. The condo itself is typical rental neutral, with adequate furnishings and decor. My wife complained that it lacked some cooking utensils, etc., so you might want to bring some of your own. Nancy and her team were very communicative and welcoming. The check in process couldn’t have been easier as there is a keypad on the door. My wife left her AirPods behind and they found them and are returning them to her at their cost, which they certainly didn’t need to do. It shows how far they go to make it a pleasant experience. We talked with some owners while we were there and they spoke very highly of the Nancy and her team. My wife had a great experience with Renee. We will definitely be coming back and hope to get this condo again.

Anniversary trip

The property was in an excellent location, close to the beach and pool area. If you brought kids, it would be ideal. The condo itself was more dated than was suggested on the VRBO website. The condo needs to be repainted and some of the pillows, furniture replaced. They were dirty or stained looking. There were two bathrooms in the condo but there was no counter space for toiletries, etc. My husband and I each had to take a bathroom just so we had some space for our items. The condo can accommodate 4 - 6 people but I am not sure how two people could share one of those bathrooms comfortably. I had to keep my things on the floor. The biggest issue was the mustiness in the condo. Clothes that were clean would smell before we could even wear them so we were washing things that were already clean. They only gave us two packs of washing soap and we ran out of both of them quickly. A pro was that they offered 1/2 price off different activities on the island. We were able to get bicycles for the week and went kayaking but only paid for one adult. The kitchen was pretty well stocked and we cooked a few dinners there. We brought all the food items we needed, there are only a few seasonings (salt/pepper) and only spray oil. They don't offer beach towels, they won't let you take the bath towels to the pool, and when we arrived they no longer offered towel service at the pool. Who packs beach towels to fly on vacation? Overall, we loved Seabrook and Kiawah island and we will come back. However, I don’t think we would stay at this property again. We thought it was going to be a higher level of accommodations with a few more basics as I listed above.

Just so so

We felt the property wasn't kept in good shape. It had alot of issues (bedroom door sticks, rugs had urine stains, furniture was cheap and beat up) and decor was bland and drab. Also the people below said they could hear us so we tried making sure to be very quiet in our steps (but that was kinda stressful to have to worry about) I would suggest a paint job and general maintenance repair along with some TLC in the place. On a good note, the full size beds were comfy! And the view was nice. We left early...it wasn't what we had hoped for and didn't compare to another property we have visited in the same villa. The people who run the property were nice. And check in was also easy.
