Have you been looking for the perfect vacation villa for your Seabrook holiday? Well, we think we have found it! 2935 Atrium offers panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean and a premier location close to many of Seabrook's amazing amenities. This villa has lovely furnishings and features. With two bedrooms (with 2 queen beds in each - all Casper mattresses), two en-suite baths, and a convenient location, it is perfect for families, couples, golf buddies, wedding guests, and tennis foursome looking to enjoy the Seabrook lifestyle.

Upon entering, you will notice the new tile flooring, soothing color palette, and ocean views. The kitchen features white cabinetry and granite countertops, white appliances, and well stocked cabinets. The living/dining area of this villa has comfortable seating, a large HDTV/DVD/stereo, and sliding doors leading to the huge covered patio overlooking the ocean and Beach Club pools. The dining table seats 4. There is additional seating for 3 at the kitchen bar. Read on the chaise lounge chairs or enjoy cool drinks around the table on the tiled deck while listening to the ocean waves. This villa has two large bedrooms. The master bedroom has two queen beds and an en-suite bath with a shower. There is a TV and access to the porch with ocean views. The 2nd bedroom also has two queen beds, TV, an attached bath with a tub/shower, and offers a magnificent view. This property is situated on the first level (which is raised above the parking the garage), with a 2nd level above. There is also dining for 6 people on the terrace overlooking the ocean.

The location of this villa cannot be beat. Catch the sun's rays at Beach Club pools just across the street. Take an early morning walk on the beach or watch the sunset over the Edisto in the evening. Dine, play, and shop at Pelican's Nest restaurant/bar, Island House or Seabrook Shoppe. Interested in golf? You can walk there too! Seabrook's two championship courses, Ocean Winds and Crooked Oaks, are steps away.

Beautiful and peaceful

This property was perfect for me and my 90 year old but very vibrant independent and self sufficient Mother. The property was as lovely as pictured. No “bait and switch” here! We had a restful glorious time with friends who are homeowners. It was perfect to be able to hang out with them and have our OWN quiet space. Will definitely rent this property again!

Great location!

We had a great stay at Atrium Villas. The property was directly across from the pool which made it easy to come and go. It was clean and just what we needed. The only negative we noticed was the condo above us was extremely noisy throughout the night and early morning. I know this isn’t in the rental’s control but it was every day and disruptive. Other than that, the stay was great!

Amazing Villa !

We absolutely loved our choice with this Villa. There was plenty of space for my family of four. Parking was easy and covered which helped keep it cool. The location was at the center of everything. It was right across the street from the pool, restaurant, coffee shop, and the beach. My wife and I will miss sitting on the patio with our coffee, looking out to the ocean every morning and enjoying the breeze. It was wonderful! We would absolutely stay here again.

Seabrook Condo Vacation

Definitely would rent again. The condo was as advertised: across from beach, but had a patio beach view; across from pool area and the 'Island Club'; quiet and very relaxing. Great location and condo was exactly what was advertised.

GREAT VILLA….perfect location to beach,pool, and restaurant…The villa is very nice but could use a bit of updating. Kitchen has a lot of stuff needs to be reorganized and cleaned out. Unit very clean, nice patio/deck but not much seating outside . We had a great time. Maintenance service very prompt and helpful.

Great location

The only problem we had with the property was that it was not clean. Tile floors needs a good cleaning of grout, etc. The kitchen was well stocked but dishes, blender and countertops had to be deep cleaned with Clorox wipes and dish washing before we could use them. Some of the throw pillows need to be replaced with new clean ones. The unit is a great unit and perfectly located for club activities and we would have given it a five star rating if everything had been clean.

Perfect family vacation

We rented this condo for a family vacation. We always go to the Gulf, so we decided to try Seabrook Island for something different. It did not disappoint. This unit is in the perfect location for beach access. It is one of the closest units to the walkover. The unit had everything you would need and more. It is set up perfectly for families and/or multiple couples and families. It has a huge covered patio that my teens loved. It is an easy drive to Charleston and it is really close to the famous Angel Oak tree, which is a must see. Nancy and her team are great to work with. They are highly recommended!!

What a beautiful condo with amazing views!!

Had such a grand time in this gorgeous water front condo!! It felt so homey, was very clean and decorated beautifully!! The beds were extra comfy and the ocean view was the best I've seen on the island so far!! I.wouls definitely recommend this condo and the management company to others. The management company was so kind and responsive and I just appreciated their special touches and professionalism!! Thank you for a fabulous stay!

This was perfect location for seniors with some physical limitations.

Great Location

This was our 4th trip to Seabrook Island and the location of this rental was great. The property is directly across the street from the beach and the pool and right next to the golf course. The deck is large and comfortable with a great view. Although the kitchen is a little small, the bedrooms are large and comfortable and each had their own bathrooms. The air conditioning worked perfectly and we never had to touch it. We'd stay here again.

Great place

Perfect place for our family. Perfect for the pool, ocean, views, etc. great kitchen, beds were great. Lovely spacious deck. All appliances were great, too. Ac was excellent and zoned for bedrooms/living areas. Easy renting/check-in/out process. Excellent communication from/with property managers. Place was immaculate. We loved it and had a wonderful time. Our only complaint was that the ceiling was wood-frame and not cement, so we heard our upstairs neighbors walking and moving about very loudly, and they were very active. Otherwise it was perfect. Thank you!
