This is a dream property in which to spend your vacation. Your family will enjoy relaxing in this 4 bedroom, plus bunk room, and 4.5 bath property. Nestled amongst large trees with a private backyard. No detail has been overlooked in this rental retreat!

Walk through the front door into a beautiful, spacious living room area which integrates with the open kitchen and dining area. The living room features a 75" wall mounted HDTV. The bar is the perfect spot for whipping up a batch of vacation beverages. Store your beverages of choice in the wine refrigerator. Never run out of ice with the built in ice maker. Sliding doors lead out to a magnificent covered deck. An outdoor dining table with seating for 8 is a great place to enjoy your home's privacy while dining al fresco. You may utilize the propane grill for your BBQ needs. The kitchen and dining area open onto the living room. In the kitchen the family gourmet will be right at home. Beautiful Quartz counters run along the walls and the island. Thermador stainless steel appliances, including a six burner gas range, adorn this room. Find your cupboards fully stocked with dishes, glasses, and cookware. There is also a Kitchen aid mixer. Gather around the large dining table for meals. Doors lead out to the screen porch. Here you will relax on a large sectional sofa and can watch your favorite movie or sporting event, easily streamed on the TV.

The home has four bedrooms and a bunk room. Each bedroom has a private en-suite bath. All four bedrooms have King beds, wall mounted TVs and ceiling fans. The bunk room has a queen bed and two twins. The primary suite is located on the first floor. Grab a good beach book and snuggle into the bedroom's two chairs. There is plenty of space in the walk-in closet. The primary bath has a quartz topped double sink vanity and oversized walk-in tiled shower with dual heads. Also found on the first floor is a guest bedroom en-suite. Rounding out the first level is the powder bath and laundry closet with full size washer and dryer. Head up the ship-lapped stairwell to the second floor and find two guest bedrooms with private baths and the bunk room.

Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass

LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Cancellation Policy:
For cancellation made up to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee (60 days required for some larger homes).
For cancellations made less than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest's under the terms of the Rental Agreement.

For monthly rentals the policy is as follows:
For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. Great home for family

House was lovely and quite functional. We had 8 adults and 1 infant and did not feel the least bit cramped. Kitchen was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. Nice to have big garage with space enough for 3 cars LSV.

family get away

my husband and I spent the week with our 3 grown children and their spouses. the house was perfectly appointed and had everything that we needed. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. We’re already looking forward to a return visit next year.

This house is amazing!!

This house was a dream!! We have stayed in this area several times and this was by far the nicest home we have ever stayed in. The decor was to die for and it was well equipped with everything you could need on vacation. The location was wonderful as well. We can't wait to return!
