The master bedroom is on the second level and has a King bed with en suite bath with separate vanity. The second bedroom om the first floor has 1 Queen, 1 Daybed, and access to the full hall bath. A large deck provides wonderful outdoor living space for dining and unwinding.

The open floor plan means everyone is included in the fun. The large expanse of picture windows brings the beauty of outside in to enjoy. There is a queen sized pull out sofa for additional sleeping. A dining table for 6 is adjacent to the family area and fully stocked kitchen. You will appreciate the efficiency and comfort of this gracious townhome.

**Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.

The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires its own dedicated gate pass and counts toward your maximum limit of 2 vehicles. A gate pass is strictly required for all LSVs, even if the vehicle is driven exclusively inside the neighborhood gates and never leaves the community.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements:
SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children

Seabrook Island is a cashless island. Once you arrange access through the Seabrook Island Club Amenity Office via the link we provide, your credit card will be linked to an in-app digital QR code for all purchases. Your QR code also acts as your to enter all Club and Lake House facilities.
