*Close to Charleston, SC- Our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom charming “Tree House” is located just .4 miles from the beach on the prestigious and gated Seabrook Island. Your family, friends, or colleagues will love this slice of heaven minutes from the beach, pools, golfing, dining, and all of the other amenities Seabrook has to offer.

The kitchen is equipped with all necessities needed to enjoy meals at the house with friends and family. Also, there is a propane grill located at the home for you to grill out whenever you please. A Keurig machine is supplied as well, so please have as much coffee as your heart desires.

Washer and dryer.

Bedrooms are equipped with queen sized beds and all have windows providing plenty of natural light. Bedrooms have closets so there is ample storage space.
Please note: the treehouse is 900 sq. ft. This house sleeps 4 in the beds. The sofa may be used for one to sleep but it is not a sleeper sofa. Also, cable TV is not provided but you may log in to your personal apps.

Linens, washcloths and towels are provided.

Pet friendly. $20 per night pet fee.

In addition to full access to the house and the beach, our guests have the opportunity to enjoy all of the amenities that Seabrook Island has to offer! Amenity fees change annually so please ask owner for current rates.

Disclaimer: Treehouse is exterminated monthly however palmetto bugs are indigenous to SC & impossible to keep out completely. We are located in a beautiful, rustic area in nature & surrounded by wildlife. Please know the style is not that of resort lodging. There will be tree foliage & critters, particularly on the deck.

Great bungalow!

Enjoyed it - it was perfect for our family of 4. Short bike ride to beach; clean; cozy setup; simple kitchen was good for us; grill worked well; 2 small bathrooms were good for us. Pics on listing are a bit dated - but the gist is the same. We'd be glad to stay again!

Thoughtful and wonderful host!

We loved our stay at Jaren’s treehouse! The most beautiful oak tree is right there …an inspiration! My kids had to leave early given a family emergency and she was so accommodating when I needed for my husband to drive into Seabrook to stay and to get me back home! Jaren’s home is very cozy and clean…this is great access to the beach and other island favorites. Perfect for a group of four, small family, girls’ weekend etc. It was chilly…but this home provides so much during all seasons of the year. Very highly recommended. Thank you, Jaren!

Adorable treehouse!

This adorable little treehouse bungalow was so fun to stay in! Perfect for a short stay, we loved the location. Kitchen was well stocked and lots of pillows to lounge around and watch TV. We will definitely stay here again!!

Quaint Cottage

This cottage was perfect to spend the night for my husbands birthday. The host was easily accessible and patient with the questions I had. The house was clean and in a great location on the island. We enjoyed seeing the deer outside the windows and the home was the perfect size for us.

Loved this treetop cottage in the oaks!

First of all, Seabrook Island is awesome! This was our first visit and the people were super nice and welcoming! Even the residents treated us with kindness and greeted us every morning as we walked our dogs. The house was super clean and provided everything we needed for our stay. The owners thought of everything from cooking utensils and dishes to small fans on the night stands! We enjoyed coffee early in the mornings on the deck surrounded by moss draped trees and the sound of nature! The floor the ceiling windows made the house feel so open and airy. The beach was a short bike ride away as well as the beach club. We loved the beach club! The amenity cards are worth the money! The beaches are wide open with shallow water which we enjoyed daily! A special thanks to the owners of the house for answering any questions I had so promptly! They also messaged to check in on us mid week. I would definitely rent this house again!

Great Property - But Seabrook's Changed

Nothing bad to say about the property or the manager - which is why this rating is 5 stars. But, beware, the Seabrook "vibe" and amenity card programs have drastically changed, and not for the better. Be prepared for constant uncharges, to not be welcomed by rude staff and the old folks who live on the island who are clearly intent on making renters unwelcome. For this reason - again, absolutely nothing to do with this property or the owners of it - we will never return to Seabrook, and you should make sure that you're aware of all of this before you book.

Seabrook Tree House

It was a great vacation! We loved the cute little tree house, it is small but perfect for what we needed it for - a place to sleep and shower while we explored downtown Charleston and the island. Very peaceful, relaxing and full of nature. Loved our stay! Jaren was very accommodating!! Thank you for a great vacation!!

Great Getaway!

We loved staying in the treehouse, it was everything we expected and more. It was spacious enough for us and our two pups. We were even able to enjoy the sunset each night with just a quick walk to the beach and playtime with the dogs in the mornings. We would reserve this villa again in a heartbeat!

The property is older and in need of updates. Photos on listing make it look MUCH nicer than it is. Bathrooms very small. Stairs and porch not swept and very dirty. Furniture old and worn. Would not recommend.

Golf trip
