Exclusive Chalet 'La Libellula' with Stunning Mountain Views

Nestled in the enchanting Valsesia, in the heart of Piedmont, the exclusive chalet La Libellula is located in Scopello, Vercelli province. A corner of paradise just minutes from the Mera ski slopes and only 40 minutes from the renowned Alagna Valsesia resort.



The fully independent property features a double bedroom, a room with a sofa bed, equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a spacious living room with a GPL fireplace, to be used exclusively for heating and not suitable for burning wood. The kitchen is enhanced by a traditional wood-burning stove, perfect for colder evenings.



Outdoors, you will find a welcoming space to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner surrounded by greenery and the tranquility of the mountains.



The chalet is just a 5-minute walk from the charming village of Frasso, well-kept and full of character. From there, you can walk down to Scopello or venture upwards to reach Scotti and Ventolaro, with breathtaking views over Valsesia.



Pets are welcome for an additional fee.



HOUSE RULES



Check-in from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm; different times must be agreed in advance via the booking platform. Check-out by 10:00 am.

Maximum 4 adult guests. Not suitable for small children. No parties or events.

Pets allowed up to 2, for an additional fee; do not leave them alone; owners are responsible for any damage.

The GPL fireplace is for heating only: wood is not allowed. The wood-burning stove in the kitchen is the only appliance for burning wood.

No smoking indoors. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am.

The property is in a remote mountain area: it is recommended to stock up before arrival. Driveway access may be challenging with snow or ice. One parking space available.

Please leave the property tidy at check-out. Separate waste collection is mandatory. Respect the natural environment.
