La struttura era chiusa e nessuno ha risposto alle molte telefonate di verifica. Ovviamente sul portale risultava aperta visto che mi ha fatto prenotare e pagare. In anni di utilizzo di questo e altri portali di viaggio è la prima volta che succede un disguido del genere. Inaccettabile
