Good ski resort

We had family ski trip to Mayrhofen and stayed in this hotel. We enjoyed food, facilities and excellent apartment with full kitchen. Probably , we will come back if decide to go to Mayrhofen again.

I am returning customer because I love how the hotel is situated. Mayrhofen is still a village but with many options to spend a day. The new garden of the hotel is amazing. I am sure I will revisit this hotel.

Great hotel, slow dinner service

Lovely place and an amazing location next to the train station in the center of Mayrhofen. My only criticism is the speed of service in the restaurant of an evening. If you enjoy a 2.5 hr dinner its great but if you want a quick bite, maybe call half-board.

Food was excellent with a good variety over the 7 days we were here. The spa is incredible after a day skiing. The service was hit and miss. Our waiter was great but the night he was off the substitute waitress was terrible. We experienced two eye rolling moments, from the staff!! Once when they brought an incorrect water bottle. The second time on checkout at reception. We had paid €70 to use the spa after checkout (11am) and our airport transfer 2:45pm. They said they had run out for bathrobes for the Spa and asked us to go back to our apartment to get ours however we informed them that our robes in the apartment were on the floor of the bathroom so they were wet. (As reception asked us to do 2 days earlier when I booked the Spa) eyes rolled again. The lady in the lounge bar was excellent and made great cocktails with very friendly service. Despite the occasional service hiccups we’d defiantly come back.

4 night trip

On arriving I was ignored and left waiting for a long time while 3 people on the desk dealt with one phone call. Room is very dated but spacious, warm and clean. In general, not all but most of the staff were very cold, unfriendly, the bar man in particular was rude. I only stayed b&b, not half board and so a big deal was made of this each morning when I asked where to sit, very odd. On a positive the breakfast and restaurant area is of a high quality and the spa facilities very impressive.
