This cozy vacation home is idyllically located in Mayrhofen—sunny on the edge of the forest, right next to an old orchard. It offers plenty of peace and quiet, space, and magnificent mountain views. The lively center with shops, bars, and restaurants is only a 10-minute walk away.



The accommodation is furnished in a charming vintage/retro style – a successful combination of nostalgic flair and modern comfort. The house offers a private garden on two sides, two balconies, a living room with TV and WiFi, four bedrooms for up to 10 people, two bathrooms, two separate WCs, and a fully equipped kitchen with stove, oven, dishwasher, and two refrigerators. A separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer, and iron is also available. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge upon request. The house is part of a building with two rental units. These share a large garden but are otherwise completely separate from each other.



The surrounding area offers numerous activities: hiking, cycling and mountain biking tours, paragliding, canyoning, a swimming pool (15 minutes' walk away), tennis court, playground, and more – ideal for relaxation and adventure.



There is a parking space directly at the house; three additional reserved private parking spaces are located 6 minutes away by car. There is a secure bicycle storage room (accessible via a small step) and a hose for cleaning your bicycle.



Pets, smoking, and events are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 9:30 p.m. Information on waste separation is available.
